Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the ink cartridges, laser toner & ribbon you bought at our online store, you will get full refund for the ones you have not yet used, and one-for-one replacement for the ones you have already used and are at least 70% full. If you believe the product has manufacture defects and do not wish to receive replacement, we will refund you fully upon receipt of the defective product .
The following terms apply:
1. All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email or Call us to get RMA number.
2. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable, except in the event that we ship you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged $6.95 for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
3. Most merchandise may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
4. All defective products can be exchanged within 180 days.
5. If any returned items found non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25%
6. If you want to cancel an order, please fax to (626) 961-9929 ( include order number & full name ).
7. A 50% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
8. Customer must ship the package prepaid to our warehouse unless we ship you the wrong items.
9. If order is free shipping, customer must ship the package to warehouse to get refund. ( We don't cover the shipping. )
10. Ink4ever.com will not issue pay for return shipping for wrong ordered items.
11. Refill kits that are opened and used in a cartridge are non-refundable under any circumstances. We cannot guarantee whether the cartridge you wish to refill is still working. You usually want to refill the cartridge before it is totally empty. Cartridges that has been empty for some time may have its sponge dried up or the internal wire burnt out.
   

We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to refund of purchase price of merchandise.  
    
Shipping Policy

 We only ship to United States & Canada.

 Free shipping on all US orders over $50.

3.

 It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive the order within United States. Orders to Canada will take longer (7-14 Business Days).

 We will deliver to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses.

5.

 Most orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (Depending on weight).  Large orders over 3 pounds are shipped via UPS Ground.

6.

 On average, credit card orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.

TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY

In addition to our One Year RISK FREE Guarantee, we at ink4ever.com also warrant to the original customer purchasing such products directly from ink4ever.com  that all such products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. We have to limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. Any claim with respect to such products where the purchaser seeks a refund of the purchase price must be made 30 days from the original date of shipment by ink4ever.com  The purchaser can make claims to receive replacement product for a period of 180 days from the original date of shipment by ink4ever.com .

The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than ink4ever.com.The Limited Warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of ink4ever.com products and does not cover any damage to your printer, computer systems or other devices arising from your use of our products.

       By using this Site, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions unless you offer different terms that are accepted in writing by Company. You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any Product or Service. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, its content or Terms or Conditions or other legal notices, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
